Shipping Guidelines
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery from the date your order form/ payment is received by our office.
- All orders shipped either UPS, USPS, Priority Mail.
- It is important that we have an accurate ship-to address. An incomplete address will require your order form to be returned to you.
- Once an order is received, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- We ship throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. No international shipping.
- We cannot accept stamps as payment.
- Not responsible for incorrect ship-to address.
- If a package is returned to us and reshipped, a reshipping fee may be required.
- Not responsible for unclaimed packages.
- Not responsible for typographical errors.
- Use a separate sheet of paper for any additional gift recipients that won’t fit on the order form.

- If there is no order form available, a handwritten order form is acceptable.
- On rare occasions we may substitute another item of equal or greater value to assure your gift arrives on time.
- All weights and measurements are approximate.
- Gift Packages Only: If the gift card message you wish to send will not fit in the space provided you can include a message on a separate piece of paper and/or a photograph that we will include with your gift.
- If a gift is returned unclaimed or because an incorrect address was provided, a Cell Shop credit will be issued (less shipping and handling).
- Some designs may vary.
- Some images are enlarged for illustration purposes.
